Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ShiftSend, a software service for restaurant job outreach. By creating an account, subscribing, buying credits, or using ShiftSend, you agree to these terms.
Service description
ShiftSend helps job seekers find restaurant job leads, prepare application emails, track outreach, and manage daily sending limits. ShiftSend is not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employer.
No job guarantee
ShiftSend does not guarantee interviews, responses, employment offers, job placement, income, or hiring outcomes. Users are responsible for reviewing all applications and deciding where to apply.
Accounts and responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- You are responsible for any content, CV files, preferences, or email text you submit.
- You must review application emails before approving them for sending.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ShiftSend to send spam, misleading messages, harassment, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass daily sending limits or payment restrictions.
- Do not interfere with the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, or misuse third-party integrations.
- Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.
Subscription billing
Starter is CA$29.99 per month and includes 10 emails per day. Pro is CA$44.99 per month and includes 30 emails per day. Extra application credit packs may be purchased separately. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel future subscription renewals according to the cancellation process available in the product or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past subscription charges unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.
Changes and availability
ShiftSend may change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, limits, or pricing. We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted access.
