ShiftSend helps users find restaurant job leads, prepare application emails, track outreach, and manage sending limits. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, login details, and subscription status.
  • Payment and billing information processed by Stripe, including payment status and plan details.
  • Job search preferences such as location, restaurant categories, preferred roles, and daily limits.
  • Job lead data such as restaurant names, websites, email addresses, locations, and outreach status.
  • Email content such as draft application text, selected CV attachment names, and sending history.
  • Support messages sent to ShiftSend, including contact details and issue descriptions.

How we use information

  • To create and manage user accounts.
  • To find and organize restaurant job leads based on user preferences.
  • To prepare, review, send, and track application emails when approved by the user.
  • To manage subscriptions, credit packs, invoices, and payment status.
  • To provide customer support, detect misuse, and improve product reliability.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ShiftSend does not store full credit card numbers on this static website. Stripe may collect and process payment details according to its own privacy practices.

Email and Gmail data

ShiftSend may use email-related data to prepare and send job application messages that the user approves. Gmail access, if enabled, should be limited to the permissions required for approved sending.

Sharing information

ShiftSend may share information with service providers needed to operate the product, including payment processors, hosting providers, email services, analytics providers, and support tools. ShiftSend does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

ShiftSend keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect account, payment, lead, and email data.
