Refund Policy

Subscriptions

ShiftSend subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds for subscription charges

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or where ShiftSend approves a refund for a billing error, duplicate charge, or service issue.

Credit packs

Extra application credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits may remain available according to the active product rules, unless the account is closed for misuse or another policy applies.

No job outcome refunds

ShiftSend does not guarantee interviews, responses, offers, or job placement. Refunds are not provided based only on hiring outcomes.

How to request help

Email ShiftSendSupport@gmail.com with the account email, payment date, charge amount, and reason for the request. Refunds, when approved, are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
